Sherene S and me met last year over at Brookhouse Wood under the tutelage of mr Abbott.

The first thing she asked me was 'So how about marrying me for citizenship?'

Borders and laws can be strange things. Sherene is pretty strange too, in a good way. She has more balls than most of the men I know, and I wouldn't want to fight her, but I am very glad we met. She (along with a heap of other folk I've met in the woods in the last year or so) has had a big impact on me, and these are some of the songs I've written since we met. I'm sad we can't play them together like we did before her visa ran out, but I hope we'll jam again soon.

Before we parted we made a pact to go busking around Ireland one day. I hope we're true to our word!
